Hello everyone, I am Paul, a friendly and quiet 33 year old software developer from Scotland looking to find a studio/room to rent. The rental period would roughly be for 6 months. Currently I'm in the process of moving to the Netherlands and this will be my initial base whilst I look for a home to rent. My employer is based within Amsterdam and so I would ideally prefer to find a suitable studio or room within a commutable distance so I would ideally like to find a place within Holland, but I am open to commuting futher. Hi! My name is Alicia. I have been studying Philosophy at the Radboud University for the past year. Right now I am living independently in a room in Nijmegen. Unfortunately this is temporarily, as the contract will be expired in a few months. I am already looking for a new place, because I fell in love with Nijmegen and already built a life for myself here. Also I would like to take on an extra study next year (biology) and it would be very tough to do this while traveling 3 hrs a day. I would characterise myself als spontaneous, extroverted and creative. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. While I enjoy being with other people, I also enjoy spending time alone every now and then. It is in these moments that I like to go to the gym, or just engage in any physical activity in general. Other hobbies of mine are reading, learning (esp. new languages), chilling with friends, going on adventures (could be just in the city, but I also really like to travel the world), meeting new people and playing the piano every now and then. My first language is Dutch, but since my mother is Ukrainian I am also able to speak some Russian. Besides that I also am able to speak English.

Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. I am starting my Landscape Architecture Master program at the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam, end of August. The program is part-time, so I will be a working student. A bit more about myself: I am very clean and organised and respect personal space boundaries. I consider myself very social and easy-going, and I like to spend time with friends just as much as I like to spend an evening at home relaxing.

Ik ben Valeria, ik ben 23 jaar oud, ik kom uit Spanje ,Ik woon nu twee jaar in Nederland, ik kwam naar Nederland om te werken, ik heb 4 maanden Nederlands cursus gehad daarom ik kan nu Nederlands spreken, ik hou echt van dit land, de mensen en de taal, ik wil graag in Nederland blijven om meer te kunnen verbeteren in de taal, en ook leren fietsen haha , ik ben verantwoordelijke persoon, ik rook niet. Wij zijn Alvaro Brens en Leticia Uchôa Allereerst doen we graag een voorstelrondje. Ik ben Alvaro en ik studeer momenteel HBO- Rechten aan de Hanze Hogeschool in Groningen. Daarnaast werk ik in een Albert Heijn om naast mijn studiebeurs wat bij te verdienen. In mijn vrije tijd hockey ik bij GCHC en ben ik veel met vrienden te vinden in het centrum van de stad. Ik woon zelf al in Groningen, maar graag wonen we samen in deze stad. Ik ben Leticia en ik ga beginnen met de studie Social Work aan de Hanze Hogeschool in Groningen. Ik werk als teamleider bij de kassa-afdeling van de Albert Heijn. Ik ben minstens 3x per week te vinden in de sportschool, daarnaast ben ik fan van het terras. Ikzelf woon nog bij mijn ouders, in de nabije toekomst hopelijk samen met Alvaro. Wij zijn 20 en 21 jaar oud zijn en allebei studeren en werken we in Groningen.
